A few weeks ago, a friend and I attempted to make felt flowers. They turned out, but weren't my greatest creation. While searching blogs for a new project, I found these adorable clips on Make it and Love it that inspired me to try again.
So it was this pink shirt of my daughters
that inspired me to make a flower out of these colors:
Then it got me thinking of a watermelon, so I made this watermelon clip:
(sorry for the poor picture quality on this one)
She was wearing pink and brown, so I had to make a flower with those colors:
She has some red and black outfits as well, so I wanted to try a rose. It wasn't the worst attempt.
